These 28 days are geared to help you kickstart nutrition and lifestyle habits that you can continue beyond any resolutions you may have.

If you have struggled with new year’s resolutions in the past or currently struggling with new goals - this is for you! When we start to make new goals we can approach them with so much excitement and easily get overwhelmed with making it our new goals a habit.

Whether you are trying to eat healthier, reduce sugar cravings, reduce alcohol intake, trying Veganuary, want to support a stressful lifestyle, improve sleep and sleep quality, improve fitness - this 28 day challenge will help you kickstart the necessary changes that will support these areas!

Giving you 28 days of a meal planner, easy to follow recipes, tips on how to put together quick and nutritious meals as well as support, guidance and inspiration on how to change your habits gradually in a way that will support you in feeling a healthier and happier you!

We will also be having weekly zoom calls where I will give you your next challenge for the upcoming week, explain the topic of the week so you can walk away from the 28 days more informed and ask me any questions you may have!

28 day challenge to become a firestarter with your movement habits!

Have you struggled with your exercise goal this month? Are you looking for a plan that will improve your fitness and build up your strength? Do you need a structured plan?

With this 28 day challenge, I will take you through 3-5 easy to do workouts a week that you can do anywhere.

Minimal equipment and space needed - if you have a pair of dumbbells, great! But don’t worry if you don’t, we can also do the workouts with books or cans!

Alongside your workout plan, we will have a weekly group call where we will go through the workout plan for the week ahead, educate you on common mistakes when (re)starting a fitness journey and answer your questions!
